I found the pools to be well maintained. The hotel offers a helpful scooter rental service right on site. My room had comfy beds and effective air conditioning. Staff members was nice and friendly .

Room had amazing view from there. It. I really enjoyed the chicken satay pizza from room dining. This hotel has shuttle service from reception to room. This resort is very large.

I found out the hotel requires 5000 THB on checking. This detail were not communicated clearly to me.

Wonderful Stay at Hillside Cottage

The hillside cottage I stayed in had beautiful views and was brand new. The decor was fine. Check-in was efficient and the staff helped with bags via shuttle to the cottage. Whenever I needed a shuttle to the main lobby for breakfast or the pool, it arrived quickly. Room service was prompt and the burgers had good quality meat. Breakfast included a variety of options and the hotel shuttle to the beach was seamless.

The hotel's location from the town center required a taxi.

The suite featured a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and an induction stove, great for convenient meal preparation. Rooms were spacious with ample natural light and included a comfortable seating area and work desk. The bathroom had a separate shower and a soaking tub.
